Biography:

Cheryle is a Community Research Coordinator for First Nations University of Canada and is the community organizer for the research study entitled: Takohpinawasowin: Indigenous Elders Stories of Traditional Birthing and Child-Rearing Practices. Cheryle is a Residential School Survivor, Anishinabe Language Keeper and Knowledge Holder and resides in Treaty #4 -Touchwood Agency Tribal Council.
